Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions, eligibility, timelines, and procedures under which refunds may be issued by Jsons Digisoft Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

This Policy applies to all users (“Customer”, “You”) of Techniqq, including all associated:

Applicable

Personal Data: Information identifying a person.

Processing: Any operation performed on data.

  • • software platforms,
  • • SaaS products and subscriptions,
  • • mobile applications,
  • • websites,
  • • APIs,
  • • integrations, and
  • • related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”)
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy of the Platform.

Applicability and Binding Nature

  • This Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, licenses, and service engagements made on the Platform.
  • By purchasing or using the Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy.
  • Refunds are not automatic and shall be granted only in accordance with this Policy.
  • Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights available under applicable laws in India.

Circumstances Eligible for Refund

Subject to verification and approval, refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Subscription or service cancelled within the permitted cancellation window;
  • Duplicate or failed payment transactions;
  • Payment processed but service not activated due to technical errors;
  • Service not delivered due to fault attributable to the Company;
  • Cancellation initiated by the Company (e.g., service unavailability);
  • Billing errors or incorrect charges;
  • API or platform access not provisioned after successful payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, refunds shall not be issued for:

  • Activated subscriptions or used services;
  • Partially or fully consumed SaaS services
  • Custom development, implementation, or configuration servicest
  • One-time setup, onboarding, or integration fees
  • API usage after credentials/access are generated;
  • Subscription renewals once billed;
  • Promotional, discounted, or trial plans marked as non-refundable
  • Third-party service charges or integrations;
  • Services suspended due to violation of Terms
  • Change of mind after activation of service.

Refund Process and Approval

All refund requests must be submitted through:

  • the official support portal, or
  • authorized communication channels of the Company.

Refund requests are subject to verification, including:

  • payment confirmation,
  • usage logs,
  • service activation status.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • approve, partially approve, or reject refund requests,
  • request additional information or documentation.
Approval in one case shall not constitute a precedent.

Mode of Refund

Refunds shall be processed via:

  • the original payment method, or
  • platform wallet/store credits (where applicable).

For offline or bank transfer payments, refunds shall be processed via:

  • bank transfer or UPI.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Third-Party Services

  • Certain features may rely on third-party providers.
  • Refunds for such services shall be subject to third-party policies.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for third-party refund decisions.

Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

The Company reserves the right to monitor refund behavior.

In case of abuse or fraud:

  • refunds may be denied;
  • account access may be restricted or terminated;
  • legal action may be initiated where necessary.
Such decisions shall be final, subject to applicable law.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for refund delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • cyber incidents,
  • government actions,
  • network or infrastructure failures.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
  • No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages shall be payable.
